Hey. I'm liking these fragrance pieces. There is a young man at my school obsessed with fragrance (I guess it's going around), and I sent this to him. I see you mentioning violets and it strikes me that I began to fall in love with fragrance, (aside from head shop oils, Calypso, Mimosa, and Alfred Sung. Ok I guess I've always liked fragrance) after I visited Santa Maria Novella in Florence and purchased...Violet. This was probably 2001. I still have a hard time with straight-up perfume, although Guerlain's Aqua Allegoria Herba Fresca is one of my favs. I LOVE Godseye oils at the moment. I could drink them they are so delicious.
Yes there’s a whole thing with teenage boys and fragrance right now! Did you see the NYT article about it? I’ll send it to you if not. It’s wild. You have always like fragrance I mean remember night queen?? Wasn’t that the oil you wore? Mine was always Egyptian Musk.
